Survivors Inc. Volunteer Training

Organization: VIOLENCE PREVENTION & TITLE IXWeb Site: Campus Organization Co-sponsor (s): Survivors Inc.Survivors, Inc. is looking for individuals who have an interest in volunteering or interning with our organization.

Survivors Inc. is a domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking agency that serves Adams County. We provide comprehensives services and advocacy to those seeking lives free of violence and seek an end to all forms of violence.

Volunteer opportunities include working with adult and/or child victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, community outreach, and prevention education efforts. This training is also required for internships!

All staff, interns, and volunteers of Survivors, Inc. must be trained through a 60-hour training course consisting of in-person training and discussion, online modules and individual readings, and observation/practicum hours.

This training is free of charge! We only request your time and commitment.

Survivors, Inc. believes domestic violence and sexual assault violate the sanctity and the safety of our relationships, homes, and communities.
