Meditation Moments

This is a 20-minute pause in your day to destress. We’ll do a little gentle movement and stretching to center ourselves, then enjoy a brief period of quiet. You’ll emerge relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the rest of your day! First-year students, this is a CYC event!
