Artist Talk with Devlon Waddell

 Damnable Blackness: A Process

In his interactive artist talk, Devlon explores all aspects of the manifestation of his personal narrative. This open discussion will offer insight into his creative process and the depression and poverty that led to his compulsion to make tangible the space that he holds as a Black man meandering through the intrinsic whiteness of today's America.

Sponsored by Art and Art History Department, Africana Studies, and Office of Multicultural Engagement.
