Join Chaplain Elizabeth in making a meal at the end of a long day. Learn a new recipe or new skills in the kitchen while engaging in good conversation over some good food!

For March 10: Healthy Chicken Nuggets
Here's what you'll need:

1lb skinless boneless chicken breast
1 ½ cup unseasoned panko breadcrumbs
Cooking spray (i.e. Pam)
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika*
1 teaspoon garlic powder*
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper*
1 large egg
1 tablespoon milk
*Seasonings are optional and can be changed based on preference

Cutting board, Chef’s knife, Measuring cups and spoons, Baking sheet, Two mixing bowls (1 large, 1 small), Large spoon, Fork or whisk, Cooking rack or aluminum foil, Oven
